3. Coaching & Educational Disclaimer

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • Results are not guaranteed
  • You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes

4. Online Courses & Digital Products

4.1 Access and Licence

When you purchase a course or digital product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

4.2 No Sharing

Sharing login details, course access, or materials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Digital Product Policy

All digital products and downloads are:

  • Delivered electronically
  • Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless otherwise stated

5. Coaching Sessions

5.1 Booking

Coaching sessions are booked through our website or by direct agreement.

5.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled
  • Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full

5.3 Client Responsibility

By participating in coaching, you agree to:

  • Actively engage in the process
  • Communicate honestly and respectfully
  • Take responsibility for your progress and actions

6. Payments

Payments for products and services are processed securely via trusted third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

We do not store credit card or payment details.
Full payment must be completed before access to coaching, courses, or digital products is granted.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Digital Products

Digital products and downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

7.2 Courses

Refund eligibility, if any, will be stated clearly on the course sales page.
If no refund policy is specified, access is non-refundable once granted.

7.3 Coaching

Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Packages may be subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
